This training introduces a clinical framework for distinguishing between relational attraction and fantasy-based arousal. While both are natural aspects of sexuality, they operate through different psychological processes and are often confused in practice.

Therapists working with dating frustration, obsessive infatuation, attraction shame, identity confusion, or compatibility concerns will learn a clear clinical framework for helping clients understand these patterns—reducing shame and supporting collaborative, client-defined decisions.
